In-Home Sales Expert — Communication Products & Services

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Expert to represent our communication products and services directly with customers in their homes.

In this customer-facing sales role, you will meet with prospective and existing customers, understand their communication needs, present available products and services, explain features and pricing, answer questions, and help customers select solutions that fit their needs.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships, and developing professional sales skills in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled in-home customer consultations and sales presentations.
• Meet with customers to understand their communication, connectivity, and service needs.
• Present and explain available communication products, services, features, pricing, and applicable terms.
• Recommend products and service solutions based on the customer's stated needs.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally.
• Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow company sales procedures, customer-service standards, and applicable policies.
• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, service features, and industry developments.
• Follow up with customers as appropriate to support a positive customer experience.
• Work toward individual sales goals established by the company.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required . We provide training for qualified candidates.

Compensation

This position is compensated through the company's commission program.

Anticipated wage range: $699.20-$1000 per week.

Actual compensation may vary based on individual sales performance, sales volume, applicable commission rates, and the terms of the company's compensation plan.

The applicable commission structure, eligibility requirements, payment terms, and other compensation details will be provided to candidates during the hiring process.
