You will conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate recovery. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is key, as is educating patients and their families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, while maintaining accurate documentation and staying current with industry best practices.
