The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Physical Therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient\'s well-being, and evaluates the patient\'s progress. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Available Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology (Required) Graduate of an accredited program from a CAPTE-accredited school (Required) Work Experience No experience required (Required) Licenses and Certifications PT - Physical Therapist (Upon Hire) Required CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (Upon Hire) Required DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State (Must have a current driver\'s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle) (Upon Hire) Required Business Unit: Piedmont Augusta Hospital #J-18808-Ljbffr
