Associate General Dentist

Busy Tacoma dental office needs a full-time associate dentist. You will do all the general dentistry: fillings, crowns, and bridges. I keep the implants. If you like a full schedule and getting paid for what you produce, this is a straightforward fit. What the job is • Operative, crowns, and bridges. Able to handle it. Surgical extractions and cosmetic cases. We do not do any removable in the practice and currently refer out all Endo • Office located at 2501 N Pearl St, Tacoma • I am on site and handle implant surgery and restoration Who this is for • Licensed Washington dentist (or license-eligible now) • Fast, calm, and productive — not high-drama • Motivated by production, not a slow easy day • Comfortable presenting treatment and finishing what you start Pay • Production / collections-based compensation • 33% of collections with a daily guarantee while you ramp • Full For part time. I currently work 12 hour shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday and 10 hours on Thursday. We could work a schedule anytime between Monday and Friday that works best for you.
