Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's dental office. They are seeking an experienced dentist as this is a busy office. At least 2 years of experience or a residency completed. This is a full time opportunity for 4 or 5 days per week. This is a very reputable office with great online reviews and lots of patients! They have an amazing team of assistants, hygienists and front desk, that all work very well together. This is a state of the art office that only accepts some PPOs. No HMOs and no Medicaid. A full time dentist can expect to earn over 300K the first year, as their current associate is moving. So there is a busy patient base already established and many new patients each month. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct general restorative procedures. If proficient in advanced procedures such as endo, extractions and implants that would be a plus. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix software. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Skills Proficient knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures. Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. Familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records efficiently. Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health and treatment. Ability to fabricate dental appliances as needed for patient care. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pa.tients and staff. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
