Senior Claims Specialist, Workers' Compensation (Fully Remote)

- AI-native claims software for casualty claims, starting with workers' comp.
- Small technical team, backed by Y Combinator.
The Role:
- Adjudicate claims on our platform and shape how it works.
- Correct AI summaries to train the system.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a caseload from intake to resolution.
- Define claims practices encoded into workflows.
- Support customers during onboarding and transitions.
Brighterway builds AI-native claims software and administration for casualty claims, starting with workers' compensation medical-legal review. The team is small and technical, backed by Y Combinator, with a culture of shipping and direct access to customers.
