Materials Handler

USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities: Receiving, storing, handling, and issuing supplies, materials, and equipment; Sorting and segregating material and making note of overages, shortages and damages and making verbal and written reports to the supervisor; Repacking various items that are received and do not comply with packaging and repacking to comply with warehouse standards; Performing consolidation, integration and staging of material(s) and keeping logs (manual and/or computerized) of the process; Operating large warehouse equipment such as forklift, hand and electric pallet jacks, wire guided lifts, vertical and horizontal carousels/mini-retrieve and other automated storage equipment
