About the Position

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MedSurg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a 27-bed acute care unit with a mix of telemetry and medical-surgical patients. The RN will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, manage telemetry monitoring, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery for acute and post-surgical patients. Nurses will care for a variety of populations including chronic medical cases and post-operative patients such as total joints. The role requires working 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with participation in weekend rotations and occasional floating to similar units if needed. Candidates should be comfortable managing telemetry patients and maintaining accurate documentation in the Cerner EMR system.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred .
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekend rotations, and float to similar units when required .
