Macs Facility Solutions busca una persona experimentada y confiable para el puesto de Personal de Limpieza Sénior , que trabaje junto con nuestro equipo de limpieza escolar, coordine las prioridades diarias y ayude a mantener instalaciones seguras e impecables que cumplan con los estándares de la empresa y del cliente.
Sus responsabilidades- Comunicar las prioridades del turno y mantener el trabajo diario encaminado según las indicaciones del gerente.
- Inspeccionar el trabajo terminado, ayudar a los miembros del equipo y apoyar la capacitación de nuevos empleados.
- Colaborar con el gerente para cumplir con los estándares de limpieza, seguridad y servicio al cliente.
- Realizar tareas de limpieza en salones, baños, pasillos y áreas comunes.
- Controlar los suministros, informar cuando falten materiales y ayudar a mantener un lugar de trabajo seguro y organizado.
- Experiencia previa en limpieza profesional; se prefiere experiencia como líder de equipo.
- Habilidades efectivas de comunicación en inglés y español.
- Ser confiable, puntual, atento a los detalles y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo.
- Capacidad para aprobar satisfactoriamente una verificación de antecedentes escolares.
