Job Details Certifications: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice or appropriate licensure, along with BLS certification; additional certification or continuing education may be required based on practice area. Education: Relevant nursing diploma or degree. Experience: Minimum of 0 years, with a preference for recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, specifically in an Intensive Care Unit. Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs, formulating and revising personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes. The role may involve supervising other staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
