Senior Operations CoordinatorImmediate need for a talented Senior Operations Coordinator. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Redmond, WA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Key Responsibilities:Execute, organize, and streamline core operational tasks across the team.Monitor operations to identify potential issues, taking corrective action or escalating as appropriate.Maintain and organize information-sharing platforms and document repositories.Develop new tools to address organizational requirements and deliver technical support.Coordinate and facilitate team events and activities.Assist in the management and allocation of facility space.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Prior experience in a fast-paced research, hardware, or product-development environment.Tool/process building experience, including creating lightweight tools, trackers, and documentation repositories.5+ years of hands-on operations/coordination experience.Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.Experience managing onboarding/offboarding, lab/equipment logistics, events, documentation, and multiple priorities.Comfortable with physical/logistical tasks and ambiguity.Proven project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; relevant professional experience will also be considered.
