RN Labor and Delivery

Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring Must-Have: Circulating experience preferred, AWHONN required Description: The position requires a commitment to work every other to every third weekend as needed. Every other holiday shift is also required. On-call duties are not a part of this role. Candidates should have experience in labor and delivery. This role involves the provision of care to patients during labor and delivery processes. Flexibility in scheduling is important to meet unit demands. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for working with patients and families. An emphasis on teamwork and collaboration is vital for the success of this position. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are expected at all times. The successful candidate will engage in ongoing professional development and training. Maintaining a positive and supportive environment for patients is a priority.
