Job Description The Katherine Thomas High School, a program of TLC in Rockville, MD, has an opportunity for a full-time, 10‑month Speech Language Pathologist or CF, beginning with the 2026/2027 year. KTHS serves students with language, learning, sensory‑motor disabilities, OHI, and/or ASD. Salary for the Speech Language Pathologist is $63,000 to $79,000 for 10 months, based on experience; salary for the CF is $62,500 for 10 months. This is a 10‑month position. Responsibilities The Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students who exhibit communication learning problems related to speech, pragmatic language, and autism. KTHS has smaller caseloads and more face‑to‑face time with students than many other programs.
