Wage and Hour Attorney (REMOTE)

Legal Assistant / Paralegal – Plaintiff’s Side Wage & Hour Class Action Litigation Reputable plaintiff law firm in Los Angeles seeks a legal assistant or paralegal to support its large caseload of wage‑and‑hour, consumer and employment class actions. Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Manage discovery processes including subpoenas and document requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Provide oral advocacy in trial courts.
• Assist with case strategy and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of residence.
• 1‑3 years of experience in civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and deposition work.
• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage‑and‑hour matters is a plus.
• Knowledge of FEHA or PAGA is desirable.

Compensation Salary: $150,000–$350,000 per year.
