We are seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and ensure top-notch service for our customers. Responsibilities List the key duties, focusing on leadership, operations, and customer satisfaction: Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring quality and efficiency. Manage and mentor a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff. Coordinate repair schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Monitor inventory, order parts, and manage vendor relationships. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity. Requirements / Qualifications Be specific to attract the right candidate: Proven experience managing a collision repair/body shop. Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of insurance claims and repair estimating software. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
