Brand Ambassador

To manage the Jimmy John's Catering program in an assigned geographical area, developing and nurturing client relationships and building the brand through a sampling program. Responsibilities Be a role model to new team members. Adhere to Team Member Handbook policies and procedures. Maintain and foster company culture. Prep and serve sandwiches for daily sampling and events. Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, workplace, store and equipment safety. Work closely with the general manager and marketing manager. Plan and execute a strategy for sampling Jimmy John's sandwiches within the surrounding community. Execute local store marketing campaigns. Conduct lead generation, cold calling and follow‑up. Qualifications Must have own vehicle, driver's license and auto insurance. Must possess the state‑required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ. Preferred marketing and/or sales experience. Must have a flexible schedule. Must be able to throw a 3" sandwich at least 5 ft. Must be 18 or older. Must be coachable. Must have experience dealing with customers. Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions Work in a moderately loud and fast‑moving environment. Jimmy John's stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives and oven. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, walk, and carry sandwiches when delivering to offices and/or events. Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, some weekends. Hours may vary due to location and availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
