Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant - Miami FL
\n \nWe're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Learning & Development team and help train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. This is an opportunity for someone with a recruitment background to transition into Learning & Development while using the expertise they've built on a recruitment desk.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n• Deliver onboarding and training sessions
\n• Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance
\n• Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching
\n• Partner with managers to improve performance and progression • Develop training materials and recruitment best practices
\n \nWhat We're Looking For
\n• Recruitment or staffing experience
\n• Success in a sales-driven recruitment environment
\n• Strong communication and coaching skills
\n• A genuine interest in developing others
\n• Interest in building a career in Learning & Development
\n \nPrevious training, mentoring, or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.
