We’re looking for a dependable Grounds and Maintenance Associate to help maintain the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of outdoor facilities and landscaped areas. This role supports daily groundskeeping operations through routine maintenance, seasonal upkeep, and general exterior care while promoting a safe and professional environment.

What You’ll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and exterior grounds.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and care for grass, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, trash, and other materials from outdoor areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, and common areas.
• Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform seasonal duties including snow removal, salting walkways, and leaf cleanup.
• Assist with minor exterior repairs and general property upkeep as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces to identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper equipment handling practices.
• Support daily operational needs while maintaining productivity and time management standards.

What You’ll Need

• 2–5 years of landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between work areas as needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks during 8–12 hour shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, and humidity.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools, power equipment, and machinery while wearing required PPE.
