Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor

VCA Hualapai is seeking an Experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our leadership team! Pay range: $29.00-31.00/hour DOE Location: 1165 S. Hualapai Way, Las Vegas 89117 Full-time, Wednesday-Saturday. Venipuncture Catheter placement Radiology Anesthesia monitoring Physical examinations and patient assessment Surgical preparation and assisting Dentistry Laboratory work Pharmacy Patient recovery Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients Key Responsibilities This is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and development of the Veterinary Technician Staff. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to: Implementing department policies and procedures. Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings. Enforcing charge captures. Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs. Record keeping. Marketing. Facility maintenance. Strong skills are required.
