The LPN II provides nursing care for which individual has been prepared and in conformance with Medical Center policy and procedures, under the supervision and guidance of a registered nurse. Requirements Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing. Currently licensed to practice nursing in the State of West Virginia. Experience preferred, but not required.
