Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 2PM-10PM Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Southwest Nursing Center in Fort Worth, Texas. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, and medication management
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility-related tasks
Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
