On one path, you’re laying down consistent MIG beads that help trailers hit ambitious production targets. Where you’ll work Serving local employers around Greenville, TX MIG (Production/Trailer) : Wills Point, TX TIG (Stainless/Precision) : Caddo Mills, TX (train on AM, then move to PM shift) What you’ll do MIG Welder — Production Trailers (Wills Point, TX) Deliver high-volume MIG welds on trailer assemblies Handle basic plate and overhead weld assignments Hit daily output targets—up to 48 completed trailers Use torches, grinders, and buffers confidently Thrive in a heavy, fast-paced manufacturing setting TIG Welder — Stainless Precision (Caddo Mills, TX) TIG weld stainless outlets and drains with clean, accurate beads Meet strict quality standards on every joint Interpret blueprints, specs, and welding procedures Begin on AM shift for training; transition to PM shift What you bring Hands-on MIG and/or TIG experience (TIG proficiency required for TIG role) Ability to pass weld tests (plate/overhead for MIG; precision assessment for TIG) Background in manufacturing or production welding preferred Strong safety mindset and attention to detail Comfort working in physically demanding environments Personal PPE: welding hood, gloves, steel-toe boots Reliability, with the ability to work solo or as part of a team Skills and tools Troubleshooting, tape measure reading, and blueprint reading Equipment you’ll use: MIG welder, TIG welder, stick welder Perks and incentives After 90 days (upon rollover) : Monthly Attendance Bonus of $3/hour for perfect attendance Benefits: health, dental, and vision insurance Ready to get started?
