Floating Assistant Community Manager

Join Bell Partners as a Floating Assistant Community Manager. In this role you will support the Community Manager with training, financial administration, and on‑site leasing duties across multiple properties within a designated market. The position requires travel and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Assist the Community Manager with training and oversight of leasing staff. Support the Leasing Consultant in leasing apartments, ensuring Fair Housing compliance and processing resident applications. Post rental collections and make bank deposits. Meet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss community performance. Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes. Maintain and update resident lease files and computer records, including report generation. Process notices to vacate, manage delinquency, file evictions as necessary, and handle all associated collections activities. Field resident concerns and coordinate resolution with leadership. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Qualifications BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience. 1+ years of property management experience preferred; supervisory and leasing experience preferred. Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills required. Experience with Onesite/Rent Roll systems preferred. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage physical demands: walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.; comfortable with heights and transporting heavy objects.
