Pay & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $458,000 $508,000

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient clinics and surgical settings.
• Diagnose and treat ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
• Perform various ENT surgical procedures at hospital and outpatient settings.
• Develop and manage a growing patient panel within a high-demand community.
• Collaborate with audiology and specialty teams to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in shared emergency call coverage (1:5 rotation).
• Use EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Deliver patient-focused, high-quality clinical care.
• Support a multidisciplinary healthcare environment at a Level III Trauma Center.

What You Need

• Medical degree and Board Eligibility/Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
• Valid medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of ENT practice experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop patient rapport.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large health network.
