About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, leading financial planning, forecasting, and capital strategy to support the firm's investment activities and portfolio growth. This role is pivotal in a high-growth environment, with a focus on acquisition accounting, financial analysis, and investor reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial leadership and strategy of the organization, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial communications. Key responsibilities for the CFO include serving as the senior financial executive, developing financial models for acquisitions and investment underwriting, and managing debt compliance and capital structure. The role also involves operational oversight, including cash management, budgeting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation, 8-12+ years' of experience in accounting and finance, and a background in commercial real estate or real estate investment platforms. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are essential, as is experience in managing external accounting partners and audits. The CFO will be expected to have a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership style.
