Proficiency in software including Excel, Word, QuickBooks, UltraTax, etc. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects. Responsibilities: Serve as a senior tax expert, applying extensive knowledge to diverse clients and a dynamic tax environment. Lead and contribute to a variety of complex tax projects daily, adapting to unique client needs. Communicate progress to assigned clients and provide proactive advice on sophisticated tax matters. Build and maintain personal relationships with clients, ensuring the creation of significant value for their companies. Skills And Characteristics For Success: Analytical ability in managing a constantly changing portfolio of clients, implementing intricate tax strategies. Identify and communicate opportunities and risks effectively to clients. Develop comprehensive plans and strategies to optimize clients' tax positions. Conduct in-depth research on clients' business operations, recommending actions for material improvement. Build lasting relationships, instilling trust for clients to share confidential information.
