Part-Time Medical Receptionist

What You'll Do As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while keeping the front office running smoothly. Responsibilities include: Greeting patients with a friendly, professional attitude Answering and directing incoming phone calls Receiving and processing faxes and emails Scheduling new patient evaluations and follow‑up appointments Entering patient referrals into the electronic medical records (EMR) system Coordinating patient schedules and appointment calendars Explaining insurance benefits and collecting copays and account balances Assisting with general front office and administrative duties as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Has Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Previous receptionist or medical office experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with strong customer service experience.
