ImageFIRST Operational Fellowship for Transitioning Military Veterans.
A Leadership Development Opportunity through DoD SkillBridge or Hiring Our Heroes

Are you a military veteran preparing to transition into the civilian workforce? ImageFIRST invites you to join our Operational Fellowship Program-an 11-week, hands-on leadership development experience designed to translate your military leadership into operational excellence in the private sector.
This fellowship is participating in the DoD SkillBridge program or Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, offering a direct pathway into full-time leadership roles within ImageFIRST's rapidly growing healthcare laundry services organization.
Program Highlights

Duration: 12 weeks (full-time)
Eligibility: Active-duty military personnel within 180 days of separation or recently transitioned veterans
Location: Various ImageFIRST locations nationwide
What You'll Experience

The ImageFIRST Operational Fellowship is a highly immersive, hands-on experience that places you at the heart of our operations. From day one, you'll be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and empowered to lead.
During your fellowship, you will:

• Lead Daily Operations: Take an active role in managing plant floor activities, route logistics, and service delivery within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Drive Process Improvements: Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Engage with Customers: Participate in customer visits and service reviews to understand the impact of operational excellence and build client relationship skills.
• Manage Teams: Apply your leadership skills by working directly with production associates, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily goals and foster a culture of accountability.
• Analyze and Act: Use performance data and KPIs to inform decisions, track progress, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executives: Work alongside General Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders who are committed to your development and success.
