In this role, you'll be an integral part of surgical procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, sterile conditions, and surgeon support. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth flow of operations and the well-being of our patients.

• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of surgical procedures.
• Prepare and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Assemble and confirm sterile instruments accurately.
• Anticipate surgeon's needs during procedures.
• Monitor and maintain sterile field throughout surgery.
• Account for drugs, sharps, and instruments.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
• Experience with Open Heart surgeries is required.
• BLS (AHA) and NBSTSA certifications are required.
• Experience in a tertiary care center or designated level I or II trauma center is required.
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
• COVID vaccine is required.
