ABOUT THE ROLE

The Porter Technician plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of commercial retail properties. This hands-on position is responsible for ensuring common areas, exterior spaces, and building surroundings are clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service while proactively identifying and addressing property needs. Working independently and as part of a larger property services team, the Porter Technician helps create a positive first impression and contributes to the overall success of the properties we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior and other common areas to the commercial retail property client.

• Using chemicals or cleaning solutions to perform duties

• Trash removal

• Customer Service

• Pressure Washing

• Trash Pick-Up

• General grounds maintenance & upkeep

• Provide general cleaning to vacant units as needed.

• Assist with meeting vendors, and other in house techs - providing access.

• Provide visual inspections and cleaning to FACP and other landlord rooms.

• Provide proactive reporting to any issues that affect safety, or aesthetics of the property.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation to job sites is required.

• Prior exterior porter/cleaning/commercial experience preferred.

• Cleaning/janitorial experience considered a plus.

• Must have the ability to work independently.

• Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.

SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday
• 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm
