DentalEZ is a growing manufacturer of dental equipment who is hiring in Lancaster, PA! We are looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team!What's in it for you?Great 2nd shift work hours: 4:00pm-2:30am, Monday through Thursday- 4/10s schedule-Full benefit package including 11 paid holidays, 15 days of paid time off, a company 401(k) match, and medical, dental and vision insurance-On the job training-Clean, safe, and climate-controlled work environment-Stable work in an essential business-Small interpersonal cultureEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Record/report on performance measures.Operate Automatic CNC Swiss Screw Machines to produce parts meeting specifications, performing such work as start and stop machines, install tools, etc. maintain setup of bar feeder and load stock.Work with manufacturing drawings and work instructions.Check dimensions and quality of work using comparators, gages and other measuring devices.Maintain condition of machines performing such work as clean, lubricate, and 5S initiatives, etc. Learn to clean scrap and chips from machine and separate and identify work and scrap. Spin chips and apply machine offsets to all CNC Swiss Screw Machines.Perform de-burring and manual type operations per work instructions.Complete Oracle transactions and other paperwork accurately.Perform work in a safe manner.Understand customer's requirements.Meet requirements on time.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or Equivalent.Knowledge of equipment operation routines, CNC program offsets, basic shop math and precision measuring instruments.Equivalent to High School trade training, over 3 months experience.Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory control system a plus.Able to sit, stand and perform repetitive activities for sustained periods of time.Able to operate equipment; lift and move finished product weighing up to 35 pounds.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, national origin, disability or protected veteran status or any other status protected by law.If you are interested in applying for employment with DentalEZ and need assistance or an accommodation to use our website, please contact us by email or phone.Email: View email address on ziprecruiter.com: View phone number on ziprecruiter.com
