What You Will Do Bring training to life: Lead engaging classroom and hands-on sessions that help service teams and customers build confidence with equipment. Build meaningful experiences: Create and refine training materials for Wirtgen equipment and John Deere systems that make complex topics easier to understand. Be a goto technical resource: Support teams and customers with guidance and troubleshooting when questions come up. Stay connected to the field: Work with technicians to understand trends and bring real-world issues into training. What You Will Need Experience training others: Background in training, coaching, or teaching in a technical environment. Strong technical foundation: Knowledge of heavy equipment systems like engines, hydraulics, and electrical components. Techsavvy: Comfortable using computers and tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel: Ability to travel up to 50% to support training across locations. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
