Responsibilities
- Serve as OR Circulator, assisting surgeons and anesthesia team and coordinating the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff during operative procedures.
- Monitor and support patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care.
- Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment in collaboration with the surgical team.
- Maintain sterile technique, ensure instrument counts, and manage environmental safety in the OR.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the perioperative team and document pertinent care activities.
- Collaborate with the CNA representation and support staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligible to practice in the state)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (ASN/BSN preferred)
- Experience in perioperative nursing or OR circulating role preferred
- Ability to work in a high-paced surgical environment and rotate shifts
- Eligibility for a travel assignment in the United States, including ability to work in the listed setting
