The role covers daily accounting, GL analysis, bank reconciliations, monthly closes, and collaboration with property teams and executives. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting and 3+ years in real estate accounting, with strong Excel and GAAP reporting skills; CPA preferred.
