Job TitlePhysical TherapistLocationScituate, MassachusettsSchedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting to restore function and improve mobilityDevelop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goalsDocument patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standardsCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planningEducate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs to support recoveryRequired QualificationsActive Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of MassachusettsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programExperience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) settingCurrent CPR/BLS certificationPreferred Experience / SkillsPrior travel or contract therapy experienceFamiliarity with SNF documentation and Medicare billing requirementsWhy Join UsOpportunity to work in a supportive SNF environment on a defined 13-week contract with a clear start dateGain valuable clinical experience in a coastal Massachusetts community
