Shifts mostly nights -- 600pm - 600am; some day shifts mixed in
7 - 20+ patients per shift; volume ebbs and flows
Behavioral health urgent care center -- open 24/7, 365 days per year
Works alongside on-call psychiatrist for admission decisions
Medical clearance, ECT H&Ps, and medical emergency response required
Ages 3 to elderly patient population
7 on / 7 off schedule available
