Responsibilities and Duties

Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients live safely and comfortably. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care and hygiene
Helping clients with mobility and transfers
Providing medication reminders
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Supporting clients with daily activities
Following individualized care plans
Communicating client needs and changes to the office
Other caregiving duties based on each client's needs
Qualifications and Skills

We’re looking for caregivers who are:

Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others
Dependable and committed to their clients
Patient, respectful, and trustworthy
Friendly and comfortable interacting with clients and families
Strong communicators
Willing to travel to client locations
Able to pass a background check
Able to provide reliable transportation to and from shifts
Previous caregiving experience preferred, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time
Work Location: On the road / Client homes and facilities
Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
License: Valid driver's license preferred
Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle required to commute to shifts
