QUALIFICATIONS

• State LPN License, required.

• Covid 19 Vaccine, Needed

• Previous experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role, required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, medical professionals, administrative and other staff.

BRIEF POSITION OVERVIEWJoining our team as an LPN Unit Manager would require that you aide in establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures. You will take on the role of a mentor for less experienced nurses and nursing assistants. As the Unit Manager, you will monitor overall care and review residents’ care information on a case-by-case basis. All while maintaining the standards of care for the unit.

• Nurse management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
