Care Coordinator- Greenpoint

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join our clinic in Greenpoint. Care Coordinators support patient care by welcoming patients, overseeing appointment flow, and responding to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. They guide patients through our out-of-network experience and maintain a 5‑star customer service environment in a community setting.
