Senior Compensation Analyst

Detail-oriented and experienced, the contract Senior Compensation Analyst will provide operational support for compensation and equity programs, assist with technology adoption, and manage incentive programs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness Utilize compensation technology platforms and AI tools for job matching, data analysis, and market pricing activities Administer quarterly incentive programs, including data collection, validation, and payout processing, while maintaining accurate records for equity compensation programs Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR function preferred; 3+ years required Experience with compensation programs, job architecture, and equity administration, including RSUs and ESPP Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret large datasets Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
