We’re currently hiring Retail Sales Associates on behalf of a well-established client in Sarasota, Florida . This is an in-store retail position where you’ll represent our client’s brand inside a major retail location. You’ll engage with shoppers, start conversations, understand their needs, introduce them to available products and services, and generate qualified leads and appointments. This is an in-store role — there is no door-to-door sales or neighborhood canvassing. What You’ll Do Represent our client professionally within an assigned retail store. Approach and engage shoppers in a friendly and confident manner. Start conversations and identify customer needs. Educate customers about products and available services. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments. Create a welcoming and positive customer experience. Participate in in-store promotions, events, and marketing activities. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead activity.
