Construction Laborer – Fireproofing Support Squad (Denver International Airport)

Pay: $25.03/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm (meet at Henderson warehouse at 5:45am; shift pay starts at 6:30am)

We are seeking Construction Laborers to support fireproofing crews at Denver International Airport. This is a long‑term opportunity offering steady hours, consistent indoor work, and the potential to be hired directly based on performance.

• Clean and maintain designated work areas, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials
• Assist fireproofing crews by moving, staging, and preparing materials and equipment
• Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment
• Set up and break down work areas, including surface protection and overspray prevention
• Support fireproofers during application by handing tools, mixing materials, and performing tasks as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Work effectively as part of a 4‑person crew (operating in 2‑person teams)

• 1+ year of commercial construction or general labor experience
• Comfortable working in an airport environment and following all security/safety protocols
• Ability to obtain a DEN airport badge (company will assist with process)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Must be able to meet at the Henderson warehouse each morning for carpool to DEN

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO 80249.

The pay range for this position is $25.03 - $25.03/hr.
