Job Title Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Location Gadsden, Alabama Schedule / Job Type Contract (13 Weeks) | Days, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient ratio Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Document patient information and care activities accurately using the facility EMR system Adhere to facility dress code, including Royal/Galaxy Blue scrubs Required Qualifications Active Compact or Alabama RN License in good standing (no NurSys hits) Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting Why Join Us Immediate start available for a 13-week travel assignment in a supportive clinical environment Opportunity to expand your travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical specialty role Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775048.
