LPN - Veterans Center

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a LPN – Veterans Center. This will be full time. Openings: 2 (1 need for 1st shift, 1 need for 3rd shift) Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM), weekend availability required. Block scheduling: Alternating weeks of 36 hours and 48 hours 3x12 hour shifts (6pm - 6:30am), weekend availability required. Block scheduling: Alternating weeks of 36 hours and 48 hours Pay Range - $38.00-41.00 an hour paid weekly Benefits - active after 90 days Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, within the scope of licensure. Perform wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, gastrostomy/jejunostomy care, and other nursing treatments. Observe, record, and report residents’ behavior and physical condition. Supervise and train subordinate staff and assist in staff development programs. Participate in shift reports, staff meetings, and care planning. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Ensure adequate medical supplies and medications are available. Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide technical nursing support as needed. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations governing nursing practice. Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona. Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred.
