Job Description:

The Essentia Primary Care Physician leads a Care Team working collaboratively with MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff to make a difference for every patient, every time. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician improves the overall health of patients by providing acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare.

Practice Specifics:

• Full‑time: 32–36 patient‑contact hours per week, 16–20 patients per day.
• Access to numerous medical/surgical specialties within the Essentia Health network.
• Established patient base with room for growth.
• Great team with strong mentors.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record system.

Requirements:

• BC/BE in Family Medicine.

Location:

Bismarck, North Dakota.

Compensation:

• $300,317, with potential additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, and production‑based incentives.
