Restaurant Managers oversee the daily operations of fast food restaurants, ensuring smooth and efficient service. They manage teams typically consisting of 11-20 employees, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of customer service. These managers are also responsible for inventory control and financial management, including handling daily cash flow and overseeing profit and loss statements, with no travel required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 11-20 employees to ensure operational efficiency
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Control inventory to reduce waste and maintain stock levels
- Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and productivity
- Train new and existing staff to uphold company standards
- Manage daily cash flow and oversee profit and loss statements
