Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-Time, Contract/1099)

Location: Miami-Dade

Company: NieCat Foundation of Excellence, Inc. (Therapy arm for NieCat Blessings Academy)

About NieCat
NieCat Foundation of Excellence provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy services for young children with unique abilities. We are the therapy backbone for NieCat Blessings Academy , a preschool and therapeutic center opening soon for 3–4-year-olds. Until the Academy opens, our therapists provide services in the child’s home and other preschools to support early intervention and family-centered care.

The Role 
Provide home-based or preschool-based pediatric speech therapy for primarily infants to 5-year-olds.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans aligned with family goals.
• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy and coach caregivers for carryover.
• Document sessions, maintain timely notes, and coordinate with our care team.
• Part-time, flexible scheduling, you set your availability and preferred service area.
• Contract/1099 role through NieCat Foundation of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state license for practicing speech therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong charting and documentation skills
• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
