Senior Network Engineer An experienced Senior Network Engineer is needed to support a fast-paced device staging and configuration environment. This hands-on, execution-focused role is responsible for building, configuring, preparing, and deploying network devices using established runbooks and standardized processes. The ideal candidate will maintain high accuracy and consistency while supporting high-volume deployment activities, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Role Responsibilities Execute base configurations of network devices using established runbooks and standardized templates. Perform configuration activities within centralized network management platforms, including device onboarding, policy application, and pre-deployment validation. Support device staging, provisioning, and infrastructure deployment preparation activities. Build and apply repeatable templates across large volumes of network equipment while maintaining consistency and accuracy. Execute detailed configuration processes while understanding the downstream impacts of missed or skipped steps. Identify, document, and escalate technical issues encountered during the build process appropriately. Provide clear written documentation regarding configuration issues, observations, and recommended actions. Identify process gaps or unclear documentation and provide actionable feedback to improve runbooks and procedures. Support continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize deployment workflows. Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams, operations teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and meet delivery timelines. Communicate build status, project updates, blockers, and completion milestones clearly and consistently. Support a collaborative team environment focused on quality and operational excellence. Required Qualifications Between 3 to 6 years of dedicated network engineering experience supporting deployment, staging, or infrastructure operations environments. Hands-on experience executing circuit, firewall, router, and switch deployments. Strong conceptual understanding of routing, switching, and VLAN design. Strong understanding of network circuits, connectivity, and centralized network management concepts. Proven experience executing detailed technical runbooks within production or deployment environments. Strong technical documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented approach with a highly process-driven mindset. Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality. Strong written and verbal English communication skills with native or bilingual proficiency. Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Desired Qualifications Experience working with wireless access points and cellular networking technologies. Experience with centralized network management and configuration platforms.
