About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring General Labors for ongoing contract assignments at a Construction site in Fairfield, CA. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, some tear down of exhibits, and ensuring all janitorial cleaning and welcoming environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced construction clean up and enjoy working as part of a team. We hire for these roles on a rolling basis and are speaking with candidates now about current and upcoming openings in Fairfield, CA.

What You'll Do

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining construction and work areas
• Remove trash, debris, dust, and other materials from the job site
• Help with the setup and tear-down of exhibits, equipment, and work areas
• Sweep, mop, wipe down, and organize assigned areas
• Safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for employees and visitors
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with the cleanup crew
• Work both indoors and outdoors, depending on project needs
• Help maintain a welcoming and presentable environment for customers, guests, and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support the team with additional general labor and cleanup tasks as needed

What You Bring - Required

• Comfortable doing physical labor and cleanup
• Able to work indoors and outdoors
• Able to speak and understand basic English
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods (heavy lifters preferred)
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and work well in a team
• Must be comfortable working indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are important for success in this role
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting will be highly valued
