Employee assistance program How you'll perform the role: Mount flexographic printing plates onto sleeves and cylinders according to job specifications. Verify correct plate positioning, repeat length, and image alignment. Utilize mounting equipment and cameras to achieve precise registration. Ensure mounting tolerances meet company and customer print quality standards. Prepare jobs for press production according to scheduled priorities. Confirm correct plate versions, artwork revisions, and color sequences before mounting. What we need from you: Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. Work overtime as required. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation. The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop. Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $22.17 to $26.82 + performance based bonus + benefits.
